At ESSE Purse Museum & Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Little Rock museum store.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we inspect and approve the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
